We are a legally registered and fully compliant entity under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

  • Legal Entity: We operate under the legal name PT Juara Wellness Indonesia, a fully licensed Foreign Investment Company (PMA) registered with the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
  • Tourism License (SIUP): We hold a valid Tour and Travel Business License (Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata – SIUP) issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct wellness tourism activities.
  • Tax Compliance: We are a registered taxpayer with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak – NPWP) and adhere to all national and regional tax regulations.
  • Labor Law Compliance: All our Indonesian employees are provided with mandatory social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and universal healthcare coverage (BPJS Kesehatan), in accordance with Indonesian labor law.

  • Hygiene Standards: We adhere to CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability) protocols as certified by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism.

Transportation & Logistical Security

  • Fleet Management: Our entire fleet of vehicles is owned or contracted from premium, fully-licensed operators. All vehicles are subject to regular, documented maintenance schedules and are equipped with GPS tracking.
  • Driver Training: Our chauffeurs are professionally trained in defensive driving, first aid, and client confidentiality protocols.
